It's very easy to use our Discount Card:

• You'll automatically receive an email after booking an apartment.
• You need to print the coupons you'll like to use. Each coupon is valid for the same period as the stay in the apartment.
• Some coupons need reservation in advance. The information for making a reservation is writting on the coupons.

• How do I get the card?
  Our clients, who have already done the booking before, can print out their Discount Card from 'My Booking' of our website.
• What do you mean by 'personal card'?
  It means that the Discount Card has the name of its owner and his/ hers ID or passport number. Partner companies have the right to deny discounts if identification documents of the card owner and coupons are not showed.
• How many people can profit of the same card?
  The discounts are valid either for all members of the group of the reservation or for two adults with children once you have filled up the form.
• Is there any limite of age?
  Yes, there is. Children under the age of 18 can only use the card if they are accompanied by an adult.
• For how long is the card valid? Does it expire?
  Basically the discounts are valid during the entire time of your staying, but it expires after one month.
• Do I need to book an event offered by the card in advance?
  It depends on the event. In some of the cases you should. The availability of the discounts is not garanteed. Please, read carefully the details of each coupon.
